Located in the guesthouse next to Apartments Monika, you’ll find two modern apartments built in summer 2019. The best part? You’ll enjoy peace, quiet, and complete privacy. Whether you want to relax after an active day or simply take a break from it all – this is the perfect spot for you.
For an extra touch of indulgence, you can treat yourself to a delicious regional breakfast (available in the summer months) or unwind in the sauna at the neighboring Aparthotel Monika.

I’m Marion, the host of Apartments Viola in Altenmarkt. For the past 13 years, I’ve poured my heart into making sure your stay with us is truly unforgettable.

Apartment Viola 1 is situated on the ground floor. Spanning 37 square meters, it offers a cozy and modern living space. Designed for 3 people, the apartment features a bedroom with a new double box-spring bed and a small box-spring bed. There’s also a compact kitchen-living room equipped with a dishwasher, and it opens onto the terrace/garden.
Apartment Viola 2 is accessible via an external staircase. This bright and modern holiday apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and offers a particularly quiet environment. It consists of a spacious living room with a kitchen, dining table, and sofa, a bathroom with double sinks, toilet, shower, and towel dryer, as well as two spacious bedrooms (3/2).
The ski and hiking bus stop is right in front of the house, and you can park your car in your private parking space.
You have access to the full range of amenities offered by Apartments Monika, including a playground, pony rides, petting zoo, ski storage, sauna (additional fee), optional breakfast, and much more.
In the Viola apartment there is a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso machine and a kettle for your tea.
Our modern bathroom is equipped with towel dryer and hair dryer.
Our apartment is non-smoking apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
Directly in front of the apartment is a free parking lot for you.
Breakfast can be enjoyed in the breakfast room of the neighboring Aparthotel Monika. Daily 7:00-9:30 am, € 12/person, € 5/child, babies are free
In just a few steps you can reach the ski bus stop. This is located directly in front of the house.
You can reserve the sauna (only for you) in the adjoining Apartment Monika for € 20,-
A lockable storage place for your skis is ready for you.

Apartments Viola are located in the immediate vicinity of Apartments Monika. Whether by car, plane or bus – you can reach us in many ways and very easily. Even in winter there are hardly any problems with snow and ice. Because Altenmarkt is located directly at the A1 freeway.
The ski and hiking buses are there for you in summer and winter. The bus stop is directly in front of our house. The center of Altenmarkt is about one kilometer away. There are many grocery stores and many great stores where you can spend one or the other shopping afternoon. Also the Therme Amadè is located in Altenmarkt.
