In summer, our family-friendly offerings include a petting zoo, pony rides, and cozy campfire evenings complete with sausage grilling – making every moment truly special. A delicious regional breakfast buffet ensures you start your day off right.
With our central location, you can easily stroll to Altenmarkt’s shopping street, and the ski and hiking bus stop is right at your doorstep.
Look forward to our completely new apartments, ready for you since 2022! The entire apartment house has been fully modernized – literally gutted down to the foundations. Everything is brand new: from the heating system to the floors, the stylish furniture, and the cozy beds. You can enjoy top-notch comfort while soaking in the charm of our unique location.
Away from traffic, your kids can play and run around freely – and the best part? You can always keep an eye on them. With 3,000 m² of playground space, there’s so much to discover! From the petting zoo to a mud play area, football field, and much more – boredom is simply not an option here.
While the little ones are having the time of their lives, you can kick back and relax. Whether by the campfire or grilling up a feast, you can unwind and maybe enjoy a cold beer from our unique beer fountain. And with the horse paddock right next door, even more adventures await your kids. It’s a place where the whole family feels at home!
Once a week, we do something truly special for our guests – especially for the kids! We warmly invite you and your little ones to a cozy afternoon full of fun and relaxation. The kids can look forward to an exciting pony ride, while we all enjoy some time together.
As the evening sets in, we’ll light a campfire where you can grill your sausages and soak up the atmosphere.

At Apartments Monika, you’ll find a cozy sauna area in the basement, featuring a small sauna, a relaxation room, and modern facilities – just as welcoming and laid-back as the rest of our aparthotel. Of course, the sauna is available to our guests free of charge.
If you’re looking to treat yourself even more, we also offer massages and Shiatsu treatments, which you can easily book at our reception. Take a break, unwind, and let your soul recharge!
